May 26, 2023 at 1:52 pmI tried recharging my phone with bank app, it didn’t work straight away and I was debited, I called customer service and was giving 24 hours, it wasn’t up to 24 hours, I got the reversal back. Thanks Stanbic.

I abandoned my GTbank for this andi have not regretted since over 6 months. All I will ask for is more branches and faster customer service resolution.
