        Gt bank should focus on how to attend to customer complains instead of harnessing all Nigeria youths to open an account with them and to get them to activate the account takes days.

        Gt Bank should focus on transaction made on third party vendors,a transaction of N50000 was made on my card I did not authorize,I’ve made multiple compliments to my branch for over seven to eight months now and have not gotten any reasonable response,it’s really annoying.

        GT bank can be frustrating sometimes especially with issues regarding refund from debit issues. Transaction that I made that was unsuccessful but I was debited, till date nothing refunded.

        I reported an issue I had with you guys last week concerning the transaction I made which wasn’t successful but I was debited, I was given 24hrs for recovery but true to your words, it wasn’t up to 24hrs I got my refund.

          Dear Iniobong, you want to provide more details -which channel caused the debit (POS, ATM etc), date, amount etc.
          Kindly go to “Profile”, scroll down and use “Report Experience”. If you have the evidence like receipt of debit, kindly attach same.

        I tried recharging from my bank since yesterday, I was debited and my line was recharged, it’s been over 12 hours now.

        Last week Tuesday, I tried recharging my phone from my bank app, the money was taken out of my account and my phone wasn’t recharged, then the next morning, I saw that another money was taken out of my account again without any alert. MarketAfricka please help o, it’s been a week now.

        The new App is absolutely useless.
        I cannot even figure out my way around. I will likely delete this App because I cannot imagine how a company of this status develop such a joke app.

        This new App of whatever it is, is a big disappointment.
        I cannot even transfer, finding account number is hell of a work.

        Is the APP not suppose to make life easy?
