March 4, 2022 at 1:36 pmOn 27th February, I attempted to purchase N1010 airtime from the UBA mobile app onto +234 815 1872 680, it returned successful, sadly I didnt receive any credit airtime. I have been checking my credit balance since then and till today nothing yet. If this failed in the process, ordinarily I expect a reversal of N1010 back to my account.

I tried calling customer support but couldn’t get was explained.
